Join an inspiring hybrid event bringing together the Young Researcher Innovators (YRIs) of COST Action CA21111 OneHealthDrugs to celebrate scientific excellence, foster collaboration, and engage with society during the European Researchers' Night.
The event will combine scientific dissemination, science communication, public engagement, and team building, providing an outstanding opportunity to present research, exchange ideas, and develop new collaborations across disciplines and countries.
In the first part of the Science Festival, a joint session with the PhD Programme in Drug Discovery and Development of the Department of Pharmacy and Biotechnology (FaBiT), University of Bologna, entitled “Chemistry for a Better Life and a Better Future”, featuring two distinguished guest speakers, Prof. Kelly Chibale and Prof. Gianluca Maria Farinola.
As part of this initiative, parallel outreach activities will also take place in partner institutions, creating a shared OneHealthDrugs celebration across multiple institutions. Through the hybrid format, in the second part of the Science Festival, OHD participants from different countries will be connected live, allowing them to give pitches and showcase their local European Researchers' Night activities, while interacting with colleagues throughout the COST network.

One Action. One Health. One European Researchers' Night.
Together, we will demonstrate how young scientists can communicate research, inspire society, and build a stronger European research community through collaboration and innovation.
Organized by Elisa Uliassi (HG4 Leader), Biljana Arsic (WG4 leader), Gülşah Bayraktar (WG6 leader), Maria Paola Costi (Action Chair), Anabela Cordeiro Silva (Action Vice-Chair)
COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) is a funding agency for research and innovation networks. The COST ACTIONS help connect research initiatives across Europe and enable scientists to grow their ideas by sharing them with their peers. This boosts their research, career and innovation.
